5. Legal Cooperation: Share relevant information with authorised authorities when legally required or otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Immediate account restrictions may be applied where necessary to address a serious security or safety risk.

This policy applies to both active and completed orders. Customers must use ItsFollows responsibly and comply with applicable laws.

Standard Social Media Services

These services are intended to increase specified engagement counts on selected social media profiles or content.

Some services may involve artificial or automated engagement rather than genuine interest from independent users. Such engagement should not be presented as authentic customer approval or organic audience growth.

Purchasing these services does not guarantee genuine followers, business sales, monetisation, improved platform rankings or long-term engagement.

Advertising Services

Where ItsFollows specifically offers official advertising services, the description will explain the advertising platform, campaign requirements and applicable conditions.

Standard followers, likes and views services should not be confused with official advertising campaigns.

Customers should check the selected service details to understand exactly what they are purchasing.

Payments and Refund Policy

ItsFollows uses an advance-payment system. Customers must add funds to their account balance before placing orders.

Payment Methods

Available payment options may include:

• JazzCash and Easypaisa.

• NayaPay and supported bank transfers.

• Credit or debit cards.

• PayPal, cryptocurrency or other supported payment methods.

Only payment methods displayed in the ItsFollows checkout or deposit section should be considered available.

Account Deposits

Once a payment has been verified, the amount is credited to the customer’s ItsFollows account balance.

Account funds are primarily intended for purchasing services through ItsFollows.

Unused deposits are not automatically withdrawable. Any refund request will be reviewed according to the published Refund Policy, the circumstances of payment and applicable consumer rights.

Failed or Undelivered Orders

If a purchased service cannot be delivered, ItsFollows will review the order and determine the appropriate resolution.

Eligible resolutions may include:

• Reprocessing the order.

• Correcting an eligible service problem.

• Providing a partial refund for an undelivered quantity.

• Returning an eligible amount to the customer’s account balance.

User Conduct and Terms Updates

Harassment, threats, fraudulent claims, unauthorised access attempts and deliberate misuse of the platform are prohibited.

ItsFollows may investigate violations and restrict accounts where reasonably necessary.

Refill and No-Refill Services

ItsFollows offers different service types, and refill availability depends on the selected package.

Customers must check whether a service includes refill support before placing an order.

Services With Refill Support

Services marked as eligible for refill may qualify for replacement of lost engagement during the specified refill period.

Refill eligibility depends on the service description, order records, delivered quantity and applicable refill conditions.

A refill request may be rejected when:

• The refill period has expired.

• The order has not completed its initial delivery.

• The account or content becomes private or unavailable.

• The customer changes the relevant username or content link.

• Overlapping orders prevent reliable tracking.

• The current count does not meet the selected service’s refill conditions.

Customers should review the stated refill duration and requirements before purchasing.

Services Without Refill Support

Services marked No Refill do not include free replacement of engagement lost after successful delivery.

These services may have different prices, start times and retention characteristics from refill-supported packages.

Customers choosing a no-refill service accept that delivered engagement may decrease over time.

However, a no-refill label does not automatically remove the customer’s right to seek a remedy for an initially undelivered or incorrectly fulfilled order.

Reporting Under-Delivery

If an order appears to have delivered less than the purchased quantity, customers should contact ItsFollows support as soon as possible.

We recommend reporting the issue within 24 hours after the order is marked completed, where practical, to help us review the available delivery records.

The support team will examine the original count, ordered quantity, completed quantity and relevant service conditions.

Partial refunds or other remedies will be assessed under the Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights.

Accounts With Large Follower Counts

Accounts with more than one million followers may experience additional delays when refill verification requires more detailed count tracking.

Refill availability remains subject to the selected service’s technical limitations and stated conditions.

How the Refill System Works

The refill system compares the original engagement count, ordered quantity and current count.

Start Count

The follower, like or view count recorded when the order begins.

Added Quantity

The number of followers, likes or views purchased through ItsFollows.

Expected Count

The starting count plus the purchased quantity.

Example:

• Start Count: 2,000 followers.

• Ordered Quantity: 1,000 followers.

• Expected Count: 3,000 followers.

Refill Eligibility

Case 1 – Current Count Below Start Count

If the count falls below 2,000, the standard refill calculation may not cover the reduction below the original starting count.

Case 2 – Current Count Between Start and Expected Count

If the current count is 2,700, the system may identify 300 units as potentially eligible for refill.

Case 3 – Current Count Meets or Exceeds Expected Count

If the current count is 3,000 or higher, no refill is normally required.

These examples illustrate a count-based refill method. Actual eligibility depends on the selected service, its refill period and verifiable delivery information.

ItsFollows cannot guarantee refills where the selected service is unavailable or the relevant conditions are not met.

Cheapest Services vs Best Speed Services

ItsFollows may offer different service options based on price, estimated start time, processing speed and available features.

Cheapest Services

Lower-priced services may have:

• Longer estimated start times.

• Slower processing.

• Variable delivery speed.

• Limited refill or retention options.

• Different service availability.

Customers should select these services only when the stated processing conditions meet their requirements.

Best Speed Services

Services labelled Best Speed, where available, are intended for customers who prefer faster processing options.

These services may provide shorter estimated start times or more suitable processing characteristics.

However, delivery speed remains subject to platform conditions, service availability and the selected package.

A Best Speed label does not guarantee instant delivery or permanent results.

Customers should compare the actual service descriptions before placing an order.

Link Validity and Public Account Access

Customers must provide correct and publicly accessible links when required by the selected service.

ItsFollows cannot reliably process orders when the submitted content or profile is inaccessible.

Before ordering, please ensure:

• Your profile or content is public where required.

• The submitted link is correct.

• The content has not been deleted.

• The username or channel URL is valid.

• The link matches the selected service.

• Relevant account settings allow the service to be processed.

Orders submitted using incorrect or private links may fail or become delayed.

Where processing has already begun, cancellation or refund options may be limited according to the actual work completed.

Customers should review their links before confirming the order and contact support promptly if an error occurs.

Which Link Should You Use?

Different services require different types of links.

Likes, Views and Comments

Provide the correct public post, video, Reel or other content link specified in the service description.

Followers Services

Provide the relevant public social media profile link or username.

YouTube Subscribers

Provide the correct public YouTube channel link or channel identifier required by the service.

Other Services

For shares, saves, Telegram members and other supported services, follow the link instructions shown in the ItsFollows dashboard.

Incorrect links may prevent successful order fulfilment.

National Security and Prohibited Use Policy

ItsFollows maintains strict rules against unlawful, fraudulent, threatening and harmful use of its services.

Our platform must not be used to promote activities that threaten public safety, violate the rights of others or breach applicable national laws.

Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited:

• Promoting terrorism, violent extremism or unlawful violence against a country, institution, group or individual.

• Using services to amplify credible threats against armed forces, law enforcement, government institutions or members of the public.

• Promoting scams, impersonation, fraud or deliberately deceptive commercial activities.

• Using ItsFollows to circumvent lawful restrictions or facilitate criminal conduct.

This policy is enforced against harmful conduct regardless of political viewpoint, nationality or institutional affiliation.

Actions Against Violations

If ItsFollows identifies a serious violation, the following measures may be taken.

1. Immediate Account Review or Suspension

Accounts reasonably suspected of serious unlawful activity may be suspended while the matter is investigated. Permanent restrictions may follow a confirmed violation.

2. Cancellation of Related Orders

Orders connected to prohibited activities may be stopped or cancelled where technically possible.

3. Review of Remaining Balance

Remaining account funds will be handled according to the Refund Policy, applicable payment restrictions and the law. Funds will not be automatically confiscated solely because an account is suspended.

4. Reporting to Social Media Platforms

ItsFollows may report accounts or content reasonably believed to violate platform rules or applicable laws.

5. Cooperation With Legal Authorities

Where legally required or otherwise lawfully permitted, relevant account and order records may be provided to authorised law enforcement or regulatory bodies.

ItsFollows will not disclose customer information solely because someone expresses a lawful political opinion or criticism.

Policy Enforcement After Order Completion

ItsFollows may investigate a reported violation even after an order has been completed.

Appropriate action may still be taken against the customer account if credible evidence shows that the services were used for prohibited activities.

Customers are strongly encouraged to use ItsFollows only for lawful, responsible and transparent digital marketing purposes.
